Ganesh Utsav
Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Ganesh Utsav or Vinayaka Chaturthi, is a 10-day Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Ganesha. It's a major event in India, particularly in Maharashtra, where it's known as the Ganesh Festival. The festival, which begins on the fourth day of the Hindu month of Bhadrapada (August-September), involves the installation of Ganesha idols, prayers, and processions, culminating in the idol's immersion in a water body.
गणेश चतुर्थी, ज्याला गणेश उत्सव किंवा विनायक चतुर्थी म्हणूनही ओळखले जाते, हा भगवान गणेशाच्या जन्माचा उत्सव साजरा करणारा १० दिवसांचा हिंदू उत्सव आहे. हा भारतात, विशेषतः महाराष्ट्रात, जिथे तो गणेश उत्सव म्हणून ओळखला जातो, एक प्रमुख कार्यक्रम आहे. भाद्रपद महिन्याच्या (ऑगस्ट-सप्टेंबर) चौथ्या दिवशी सुरू होणाऱ्या या उत्सवात गणेशमूर्तींची स्थापना, प्रार्थना आणि मिरवणुका असतात, ज्याचा शेवट जलकुंभात मूर्तीचे विसर्जन करून होतो.
